Your Data, Your Control
At Clear Accruals, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our platform.
What Data We Store
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Company and business information
- Financial records (invoices, quotations, payments, expenses)
- Contact and client/vendor information
- Communication data (WhatsApp messages, emails, internal messages)
- Documents and media files uploaded to the platform
How to Request Deletion
๐ง Email Request
Send an email to mail@oazshakti.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address.
โ๏ธ In-App Request
Navigate to Settings โ My Profile in the Clear Accruals app and use the account deletion option.
Deletion Timeline
Acknowledgment (48 hours)
We confirm receipt of your deletion request via email.
Verification (1-3 business days)
We verify your identity before processing the request.
Deletion (within 30 days)
Your data is permanently deleted from active systems. Backups may take up to 90 days.
Confirmation
You receive a final confirmation email once all data has been deleted.
Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained as required by law:
- Financial records required for tax compliance and audit purposes (Indian tax laws)
- Transaction records necessary for legal obligations
- Data necessary for resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
- Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you personally
