1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clear Accruals ERP ("the Service"), operated by Oaz Shakti Business Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clear Accruals is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that provides business management tools including invoicing, accounting, inventory management, HR/payroll, project management, CRM, manufacturing, and communication features.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free plans are available with limited features and usage quotas
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Usage exceeding plan limits may result in service restrictions until upgraded

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Clear Accruals. We do not claim ownership over your business data, financial records, or uploaded content. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We shall not be liable for any downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Clear Accruals platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Oaz Shakti Business Solutions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oaz Shakti Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
